Grape type: Cabernet franc.
Age of the vines: 35 to 70 years.
Bottled in early March. Made using the saignée method, this is an aromatic wine with hints of very fresh red fruits (strawberries and raspberries), fine, subtle. Best drunk young, it is beautifully balanced.
Serve at 10-12°.
Ideal for summer meals, as an apéritif, or with salads, starters or fish.
